Accounts
Account Registration and Management
Each player is permitted to hold one account on mk999. Duplicate accounts (multiple accounts registered to the same individual using the same or different personal information) are strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being permanently closed and any balances forfeited.
One Account Per Person
mk999 operates a strict one-account-per-person policy. Each individual may hold only one active account. Duplicate accounts detected through KYC verification, IP analysis, device fingerprinting, or payment method matching will be closed without notice, and all funds may be voided.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with any third party. mk999 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately. mk999 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Account Holder has failed to adequately protect their credentials.
KYC Verification
mk999 is required to verify the identity of all account holders before processing any withdrawal. KYC verification requires a valid government-issued photo ID (NID or passport). mk999 may request additional documentation at any time in connection with an account review, bonus investigation, or withdrawal request. Failure to complete KYC will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is completed.
Account Suspension and Closure
mk999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if mk999 reasonably believes that the Account Holder has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, attempted to manipulate game outcomes, or poses a financial, legal, or reputational risk to the platform. In cases of confirmed fraud, all balances and pending winnings may be forfeited in full.
Payments
Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on mk999 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals made through the platform. mk999 supports bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and major Bangladesh bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.
Deposit Rules
The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no processing fee on deposits made via bKash or Nagad. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted. Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are available only to players who have completed KYC identity verification. Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. mk999 targets a 5-minute processing window for bKash and Nagad withdrawals on fully verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours depending on your bank's processing schedule.
Anti-Money Laundering

Bonuses
Bonus Terms and Wagering Requirements
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by mk999 are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general bonus terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.
Bonuses are available to eligible players who have completed KYC verification. No bonus will be awarded to accounts that have not completed identity verification. mkk999 reserves the right to withhold bonus payments pending KYC completion.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) of 20x the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳20,000 in eligible wagers to be placed before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.
Bonuses are time-limited. The standard validity period for a welcome bonus or reload bonus is 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Any bonus balance not consumed within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the account without compensation.
mk999 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any bonus at any time if mk999 reasonably believes that a player is abusing the bonus system, employing a prohibited betting strategy to fulfil wagering requirements, or has provided false information in connection with a bonus claim.
Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Bonuses cannot be combined, stacked, or transferred between accounts. The specific game contribution percentages towards wagering requirements (e.g. slots contributing 100%, live casino contributing at a reduced rate) will be stated in each individual promotion.
Betting Rules

By placing any wager on mk999, you accept the applicable game rules and odds as displayed at the time your bet is confirmed. The following general rules apply to all betting activity on the platform.
Sports Betting
All sports bets are settled on official results as published by the relevant governing body (e.g. ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In-play bets accepted after an event's official outcome is already determined will be voided. mk999 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a manifest pricing error is identified, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
Casino and Slot Games

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, mk999 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the player's wallet.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute regarding a bet or game outcome, players must contact mk999 customer support within 72 hours of the disputed event. Disputes raised after this window may not be investigated. mk999's decision on all disputes is final once the internal review process has been completed. Players accept this by agreeing to these Terms.
Conduct
Prohibited Player Conduct
The following actions constitute prohibited conduct on mk999. Any player found to have engaged in any prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended pending investigation, and may face permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.
Fraudulent activity of any kind, including but not limited to chargebacks, payment fraud, use of stolen payment instruments, identity fraud, or providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification.
Collusion — coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game or sports betting market, including but not limited to poker chip dumping, match betting across multiple accounts, or sharing live dealer hand information.
Exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the mk999 platform to obtain credits, bonuses, or winnings not legitimately earned. Players who discover a technical vulnerability must report it to mk999 support immediately and must not exploit it.
Use of automated betting tools, bots, scripts, or any software that interacts with the mk999 platform in a way not authorised by mk999. All bets must be placed manually by the Account Holder through the mk999 standard user interface.
Opening or operating more than one account on mk999 simultaneously or sequentially to exploit welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, or any other promotional offer. This includes using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, devices, or IP addresses to circumvent the one-account-per-person policy.
⚠️ mk999 employs advanced fraud detection systems including device fingerprinting, IP tracking, and behavioural analysis to identify prohibited conduct. Players who attempt to circumvent these systems by using VPNs, proxy servers, or anonymisation tools do so in violation of these Terms and risk immediate account suspension.

mk999 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available without interruption, that all games will function without error, or that the platform is free from viruses or harmful components. Players access the platform at their own risk. mk999 will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access due to factors outside its control including maintenance windows, third-party infrastructure failures, and internet connectivity issues.
Amendments
Changes to These Terms
mk999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, mk999 will notify registered players via a notification banner on the platform or by SMS to their registered mobile number at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the mk999 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes unconditional acceptance of the amended Terms.
